I bought it for my small apartment for 3 main reasons;
- use the space most efficiently
- still be able to practice as if I am on a acoustic set especially to also practice the navigation between toms and snare and cymbals
- low sound not to disturb neighbors
in the end for 1 full year I used it, added low noise zildjian cymbals and I can say it works with songs to fill it with this set however after some point you start looking for better as the sounds does not gives the same of an e-kit or acoustic kit.
so if you want to work on your technique by sitting on a full set looking piece, this is good with good navigation. if you look for sound then you will be unhappy.
I just sold it and now ordered Efnote 5 e-drum kit from Thomann

Seid Mai letzten Jahres spiele ich das Tama True Touch. Bis jetzt nur das 2-pcs. Ich bin begeistert, kann Koordination, Rudiments und auch Hand - Fuß Kombis spielen. Um auch unsere Songs und vielseitige Instrumentierung zu üben, mussten jetzt noch Toms her. Einfach Super! Das Feeling beim Anschlag ist sehr nah am Schlagzeug und es klingt sogar danach. Die Snare ist stimmbar. Die Bassdrum fühlt sich so an, wie es sein muss. Für mich aktuell meine Trainings-Kit. Ich spiele seid 22 Jahren Schlagzeug. Mangels Proberaum ist das das ideale Set für zu Hause, den Keller oder die Garage. Bei mir steht es auf Arbeit, so kann ich die Mittagspause zum üben nutzen. 5/5 Sterne
