Pros:
This speaker packs a punch, it's loud enough for use outdoors or indoors. The speech intelligibility is great and the subwoofer does what it should. The battery life is stellar, we've run it for 5 hours (with background music playing, not blasting at top volume) and still had 50% charge left. Portability is great, even though the speaker is quite heavy. Connectivity is great, bluetooth streaming works well.
Cons:
The speaker lost two stars for this:
- A speaker like this would benefit greatly from an option for at least 1 cordless mic base... there seems to be plenty of space in the cabinet for a half rack space slot or two.
- The app works, but needs improvement. The volume sliders are hard to actually select with your finger... they need to take inspiration from MixingStation. When you change the volume of a channel, the new volume is only set after you let go of the slider, so it is impossible to do gradual volume changes.
Overall this is a great speaker for what it is designed for.

Die JBL EON One MK2 habe ich gkauft, damit ich für kleine Gigs eines Duos (female Vox + elektr. Klavier) in Kirchen oder im Saal nicht mein großes Besteck (A&H SQ6, PA: 15" + 2 x 8" je Seite + StageRouter) mitschleppen muss. Nebenbei werde ich die JBL sicher auch auf der ein oder andern Party auf der Terasse einsetzen. Die EON One MK 2 ist kein Tool für alle Zwecke. Unsere Rockband wird damit als Main PA sicher nicht glücklich, aber apropos Band PA: Ich kann mir die EON sehr gut als In-Ear-Monitor Ünterstützung vorstellen. Das Mittelstück weg gelassen, hinter dem Drummer platziert und über einen Matrix-Out nur mit Bass und Drums gefüttert und schon hat man auf kleineren Bühnen ordenlich Wumms, der ja sonst im In Ear oft fehlt. Die Möglichkeiten des parametrischen 4-Band EQ je Kanal waren für mich kaufentscheidend. Der EQ greift zwar nicht ganz so kräftig zu, wie ich das von meinem wesentlich teureren Digitalpult gewohnt bin, auch ist die Bedienung etwas träge, aber was solls? Ich muss ja nur 2 Kanäle mischen. Die Bluetooth-Kopplung funktioniert echt einfach und wird sicher für Freude bei meinen Gartenfesten sorgen. Der Auf-und Abbau geht wirklich easy und die Kiste benötigt wirklich wenig Platz. Für meine Erfordernisse genau die richtige Wahl.

Je suis bluffé par ces caractéristiques (possibilités, qualité, sonorité et puissance)
Seul regret : le prix élevé d’une batterie supplémentaire
Je précise que j’ai pour habitude de travailler avec la colonne bose L1 modèle 2.
Maintenant je n’utilise que cette enceinte. Bien plus pratique (très rapide à monter, 1 seul élément à transporter). Je n’ai qu’une envie , celle d’en acheter une deuxième !
Un peu moins puissante que les bose mais ce n’est pas gênant dans les salles.
