I bought this to give some protection to the skin of my Djembe whilst gigging about town. Its made out of thick material with a foam insert, and has an elasticated collar to fit any head profiles. Both my djembe are just over 9", so it's not the best fit, but the elastic still holds it in place. Though the material is pretty tough, it's not going to offer the same protection as a hard shell case... But as a plus point, the foam padding makes it quite comfy as a cushion pad, if you're also playing Cajon ;)

Zu klein für Afroton AD 008

Obwohl es für eine 10 Zoll Djembe geeignet sein soll, ist es für die Afroton AD 008 etwas zu klein geraten. Deswegen musste ich das Cap leider zurückschicken. Ansonsten wäre ich sehr zufrieden damit.

Guter Wetterschutz für Spielpausen

Das Fell ist durch das Wasser abweisende Material und die Polsterung ganz gut geschützt. Wünschenswert wäre noch einer feste Polsterung im flexiblen Rand, damit der obere Trommelrand auch geschützt ist, wenn mal ein ungeschickter Mittrommler das Instrument umwirft.
