De K&M 23560 is zo ontworpen dat hij stabiel op een microfoonstatief te plaatsen is. Daarvoor is hij voorzien van een schroefgat met 3/8 inch binnendraad. De zes microfoons die op de K&M 23560 te bevestigen zijn, kunnen trillingsvrij werken en zijn op verschillende plekken te positioneren. Ze zijn vast te zetten met 3/8 inch schroeven.
