BREAKING: Martin Garrix wins the lawsuit against Spinnin’ Records.

other/news BREAKING: Martin Garrix wins the lawsuit against Spinnin’ Records.

The case against Spinnin’ Records is already going on for a few years. Martin Garrix who previously was signed to Spinnin’ Records won the lawsuit, and the contracts are getting deconstructed. This decision was made this morning by a Dutch judge in Martin’s favour.

The lawsuit started in 2015 and claimed that due the misleading contracts Garrix should receive 3.7 million and 650.00 from both companies, Spinnin’ Records and Music All-Stars management.

Martin Garrix argues that the contracts were misleading and they only had an option to sing a 360 deal, managing and releasing. Both companies are owned by Eelko van Kooten.

Martin has something to celebrate now since he got his full rights back on tracks like ‘Animals’.

This all came after a week when we announced that Spinning Records is sold to Warner Music.
